Magic: The Gathering DecksDeath from AboveColors: Red and Green Description: This is my current version of my Dragon deck. It has undergone many revisions, but this is the best version to date. Contents: Land: 10 Forests 10 Mountains Artifacts: 4 Urza's Incubator Gold: 4 Fires of Yavimaya Green: 4 Priests of Titania 4 Skyshroud Elves 4 Quirion Elves 4 Elvish Piper 2 Canopy Dragon Red: 4 Shivan Dragon 4 Shivan Hellkite 4 Crimson Hellkite 4 Volcanic Dragon Blue: 4 Mist Dragon( just for the surprise factor) Comments: I normally play multiplayer "chaos" games, so I'm not sure whether this works well in one-on-one. I also have experimented with using Regeneration on my Pipers, putting Instill Energy on them to use them twice a round and other things. However, I found that if my foes really want to frag them, they will be fragged. So, I just leave them alone. The Incubators help a lot anyway. One serioous drawback is having an Engineered Plague played on Elves. So, I have also used Tranquility and all of its various forms( Serene Heart, Tranquil Grove, etc. ) But again, found that just slows things down a lot. I first go after players with black on the board. This cuts down on the Plagues played. Then I try to wipe out red (lightning bolts at my pipers) and white (disenchanting my incubators). I have found that the touch of blae in the Mist Dragons helps when facing players who load up on Story Circle etc. and have included black dragons as well. Finally, remember to keep the Elvish Piper's ability untill the last possible instant- a surprise blocker (especially a Hellkite) is awfully nice.
