Mono Blue Deck With Artifacts.
This deck will lock down your opponents permanents while at the same time stealing their creatures. Tap the "Orb's" before your opponent is done so that you can untap all of your permanents. If there is any bothersome permanent then just return it to your opponents hand. Hopefully they will be unable to recast it because of the "Orb's" or you can just counter it when they try to recast it!
