Magic: The Gathering DecksBlue Lockdown (By Spiff)
Here's my blue lockdown deck. It very rarely loses, but its weaknesses are creature destruction, land destruction,
and decks that rely totally on cards other than creatures. Here goes!

* - Despotic Scepter to be used with Dominating Licid. Take over a creature with the licid's ability, sacrafice that
creature to the scepter, then end the licid's effect.
Well, there it is.. lots of fun, another card to consider if you mix up the deck is Propaganda.
