The strategy is simple, keep recycling stasis with Rescue, Tradewind Rider and Temporal Adept in your opponent's turn so
that they never untap, and you untap when neccesary. They get tapped with Kismet and Mana Short and you've got insurance
with your Counterspells, Reset, Tolarian Winds and Enlightened Tutor. Then just chip away at them with your non-tapping
creatures and Black Vice. But if that strategy isn't getting you anywhere against some decks, just use the sideboard to
fix up their colour-protection creatures and deck them out.
