The concept of this deck is simple, you can choose to do either beat down your opponent or you
can simply lock down your opponent with your rising water. This deck works well with rising
water as merfolk needs little mana and you can pump them up with your lord of atlantis and
beat down your opponent.Best of all is that ur merfolk will be unblockable once you cast your
reef shaman or enchant your opponent's land with sea claim or phatasmal terrain
