How to Use:

Alright, First off, you can replace the Dazes with Forcespikes if you really want,
personally I think Daze is better, since it allows you to tap out and still force spike:

For those of you who dont know:

Raven Guild Master:
1 Colorless 2 Blue

Morph of 2 Colorless 2 Blue

When RGM does combat damage to a player, that player removes the top 10 cards of their library
from the game

Brain Freeze
1 Colorless 1 Blue
Target player takes the top 3 cards of their library and puts them into the graveyard

ABILITY: STORM, Storm lets you copy this spell for each spell casted before it in that turn:
EXAMPLE:  Dan plays 2 Raging Goblins and Shocks Bill, Bill plays a Brain Freeze on Dan, storm 
          copies it
          For each spell played before it, so it copies 3 times (2 raging goblins, 1 shock) then 
          has its
          Ability for the actual card, so Dan puts the top 12 cards of his library into his 
          graveyard.

Anyway, you just counter stuff with the counters, you dont have to buyback the forbids, i dont often
You might consider replacing the forbids with another counterspell, since this deck is extended, i'd replace
them with 3x Syncopate, or 3x Traumatize

Ęther Bursts just bounce back creatures, Raven guild masters just send in a top 10 remove card which helps

Millstones are good, I usually mill them at the end of their turn, or before their draw phase

I thought about running Howling mines, if i did, i'd run them instead of Forbid, but i'd rather run traumatize over both

Forbid is good, but only later in the game, when you have like extra islands in your hand

I've found i've beaten people without using the raven guild masters, maybe you wanna replace them with:
Cognivores?  but i'm too poor for that
Meekstones?  That'd be alright...
Howling Mines?  Alright too, speeds up the mill and brain freezes
more counters?  or more bounce, boomerrangs, snaps, hoodwinks, make it T1 and run arcane denials, or force of will?

Faults:
This deck has a pretty hard time with Sligh decks, or any speed deck for that matter
Also, massive creatures can fuck this deck up
Running Hibernation or Washouts could help, so could Fact of Fictions (instead of Forbid)
