Overview-
this deck was made to get on peoples nerves.you may think me crazy for how little creatures this deck has but i really dont 
think many creatures are needed.basicly the name speaks for itself,you bounce and counter,and use the waterspout or blizzard 
elementals to deliver the final blows to your opponent(if they havent forfieted by that point).its a fun deck to play,i 
havent offically tournement tested it yet but hopefully that will happen soon
