The idea is to get an arcane lab in play and establish a counter lock untill you reach Morphling or Black Vise. The deck is
packed with counters and some bounce. Capsize let's you bounce a spell and counter it, effectively wiping out a permanent a
turn whether they replay it or not. The Feldon's Canes ensure you never run out of counters and Forbid is just plain evil in
this deck.
The sideboard helps in my area as quick creature decks and artifact/combo decks reign around here in Martinsburg, WV.
Some additions to the deck: Howling Mines.
This deck hasn't been updated for a long time so additions from new sets could make this even better.
