Mechanics
This deck is still in the construction stage, but it has been fairly good against almost any deck. I have beaten Ravager
decks, Tooth and Nail decks, mono-red decks, even Krark-Clan Ironworks decks. The only deck I have had trouble with is
red-green land/artifact destruction decks (gee, I wonder why).
This deck kinda works as the olympic torch run. One creature is equipped like crazy with equipment and when it dies, pass
the equipment to another attacker. I don't always do this though.
One great combo that has helped me is the glaivemaster in turn one, then equip it with Bonesplitter in turn two. You
immediatly have a 4/2 first striker. Very few decks can keep up with this combo and you either force them on a tight
defence or deal a lot of damage really quickly.
Auriok Champion is awesome by itself. This card has saved my ass against KCI before and against red and black decks.
This is one of the most versitile cards in this deck. Gain life to give you just enough time to finish your opponent off.
It is also one of the best cards to pump to the sky with equipment. Your opponent can't use Grab the Reins on it, nor can it
be destroyed easily. If equipped with the Sword of Fire and Ice, not even blue bouncies will save them.
Auriok Steelshaper is there to help equip much more quickly, like when using Steelshaper's Gift or other situations.
Leonin Den-Guard is there just as a beefy blocker. With Auriok Steelshaper on the board, attack with your best
attacker, then switch equipment to beef Leonin Den-Guard. Or just attack with him. He has vigilance and few can stand in
his way.
Samurai of the Pale Curtain is, what I have heard, to be one of the best white weenies otu there. He is a beefy guy
with Bushido and gets rid of creatures, permanantly. Whenever a creature is put into the graveyard from play, it is
removed from the game instead, no matter how that creature is killed. Mainly, I added him because he is good against
black decks that revive a lot.
Isamaru is there for a little flavor. I don't know why a lot of people like him, but people have told me to put it in.
So I did.
My main deck just brings out how the opponents deck works, then fix it to beat the crap out of them. Remember, this
deck is still in its experimental stage, so feel free to change it up. It is here for inspiration.
