   Here's the type-2 version of the winter orb deck.The artifacts serve as your 
   mana source when you have the Rising waters in play, and the Armageddon makes 
   it complete.
   It's a blue-white land destruction deck. The counters will help you slow your 
   opponent down. Gush, Daze, Thwart allows you to store lands in your hand. 
   Pariah goes on the 
   Cho Manno Revolutionaries, or the Glittering Lion. Your opponent won't have 
   enough mana to pay for the Lion's draw back.
